Customer Service Representative – Chat Support (Remote / No Experience)

Our team is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Representative specializing in Chat Support to join us remotely. In this role, you’ll be the front line of support for our customers, assisting them via chat to solve problems, answer questions, and ensure a satisfying experience with our services. Ideal for individuals with strong written communication skills and a passion for helping others, this remote position offers the chance to work from anywhere on a full-time basis.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
