We have an exciting opportunity for Messaging Assistants to join our team and assist with a staff shortage. If you have basic English language skills and feel comfortable responding to simple questions online, we would like to hear from you. This is a remote position, giving you the freedom to work from anywhere in the world.

Your main responsibility will be to address questions from website visitors and provide them with helpful information. We will provide you with the necessary information and templates to guide your responses. We are looking for individuals with a friendly and helpful attitude who are available for flexible working hours.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
