Are you looking for a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere in the world? Join our team as a Chat Support Assistant and help us address a staff shortage. Basic English language skills and the ability to respond to simple questions online are required.

Your primary role will be to answer questions from website visitors and provide them with the information they need. We will provide you with all the necessary resources and templates to assist you in responding to inquiries effectively. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and helpful attitude and be available for flexible working hours.

What you will be doing: As a live chat assistant you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a businesses website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links and offering discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 5+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online (United Kingdom preferred).
